General Refund Policy
All sales at LABEL SITAARA are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once the purchase has been completed and the order has been confirmed. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, images, and other relevant information before placing an order.
Exception Cases (At Sole Discretion)
While our standard policy does not permit refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following situations:
- Receipt of a damaged or defective product
- Delivery of an incorrect or wrong product (different from what was ordered)

- Original packaging must be retained as it may be required for verification
How to Report:
Send all evidence and details to our official email or WhatsApp contact within the specified timeline. Incomplete submissions or those lacking proper evidence will not be processed.
Refund Processing Method
If your refund request is approved after review:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase
- All payments are securely handled through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway partner
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days from the date of approval
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account
- No cash refunds or alternative payment methods will be provided
- You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Refund Amount:
Approved refunds will be for the product value only. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (wrong or damaged product delivered).

- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer
- Orders that have been dispatched or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
- We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, which limits the window for cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it, though cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun
Fraudulent Claims
LABEL SITAARA takes fraudulent refund claims very seriously. Any attempt to submit false evidence, manipulated photos/videos, or dishonest claims will result in:
- Immediate rejection of the refund request
- Permanent suspension from making future purchases
