1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer pan-India shipping to all serviceable locations across India. At this time, we do not provide international shipping services.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order has been successfully placed.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.
- Shipping charges, if applicable in the future, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email.
- You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time through the courier partner's website or app.
- If you do not receive tracking information within the specified dispatch timeline, please contact our support team.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner's schedule.
- Metro cities and major towns usually receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas may experience slight delays.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Courier service disruptions or strikes
- Public holidays and festival seasons
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
In such cases, deliveries may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details, including name, address, pin code, and contact number at the time of placing the order.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, we will make one additional delivery attempt.
- If the second attempt also fails, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges for re-delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package, or provide special delivery instructions if needed.
8. Payment Information
- All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- We accept payments securely through Razorpay, which supports the following payment methods:

Your payment information is encrypted and secure. LABEL SITAARA does not store any card or banking details.

Important Notice:
This address is strictly for online business operations and inventory management purposes only. We do not entertain customer visits, walk-ins, or in-person inquiries at this location. All communication and support must be conducted via email or WhatsApp as mentioned below.
10. Non-Serviceable Areas
In rare cases, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your location is non-serviceable, we will notify you within 24-48 hours of order placement and process a full refund.
11. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details.
- In case of a damaged package, please refuse acceptance and inform us right away with photos of the damaged package.
- We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
